FBI Supervisory Special Agent Randall Bechtel will speak about the FBI’s role in detecting and prosecuting mortgage fraud in middle TN. He has been a White Collar Crime (WCC) Supervisor for the FBI Memphis - Nashville Residence Agency since July 2006.

On April 12 NMBA, in a joint effort with TMBA, will host a four-hour training session on FHA 203(b) loans.  An FHA underwriter from the Homeownership Center in Atlanta will conduct the training, which will focus on basic underwriting guidelines and touch on the benefits of and how to underwrite Energy Efficient Mortgages.  Come and learn more about how FHA examines and analyzes credit, income, and assets.  Registration is from 8:30-9am.  Training will be from 9am—1pm at Richland Country Club.  A box lunch will be provided.  There is no charge to attend.  Sponsored by NMBA and TMBA.
